What we need from you:
You’ll be passionate about fitness and sport, and have an ambition to drive service quality improvement and programme development. With your natural coaching abilities and hands on style of management, you’ll help to lead the team to deliver high quality, friendly service. You’ll make sure we provide a safe and secure environment for our members and guests through your strong knowledge of and adherence to legislative compliance: National Pool Lifeguard, Level 2 Fitness Instructor/Assessor, First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operators are essential qualifications. You’ll be able to work flexible hours to meet business and customer needs.
You’ll have a proactive approach to driving sales and revenue generation. Together with great IT skills to assist with keeping the Membership database up to date and co-ordinate the administration of this database
