We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our team. The recruitment function will be performed for both local and international job roles.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs
- Actively source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social platforms, and professional networks, whilst researching and identifying additional sources specifically in new countries.
- Manage interview and selection process, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent, and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate
- Maintain and improve the current recruitment process to align with the company as we grow
- Conduct thorough and fair interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their recruitment needs
- Liaise with the Marketing team to create talent attraction initiatives through employer branding.
- Partner with other HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process is undertaken.
- Maintain contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and job specifications
- Conduct all background checks on candidates
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team and to hiring managers
- Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Prepare and send offer letters and contracts.
- Keeping abreast with departmental and company changes
Requirements
- Past experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast moving environment.
- Experience in a Technical environment is a bonus.
- Experience managing a full recruitment cycle
- A general understanding of the local labour requirements and an aptitude to learn and research different locations to support remote hires.
- An in depth knowledge of recruitment tools and resources.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong decision making skills
- Driven, energetic, approachable and passionate about making a difference
