Job Responsibilities
· Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operations role
· Support internal IT matters (Service requests, onboarding/offboarding)
· Troubleshooting of internal IT equipment such as Wi-Fi, Staff laptops, etc...
· Provide L1 Managed Services/Support to customers
· Respond and address support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and perform required escalations
· Documenting technical knowledge in Confluence
· Assist with monthly system reports
Job Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant course
· Hands-on experience with Linux environment, and experience in troubleshooting and configuring servers will be advantageous
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform is preferred
