Role Overview: 
As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in
developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer
engagement, and sales growth. You will utilize your expertise in digital marketing, particularly in
Google Ads and social media platforms, to optimize our online presence and enhance our digital
marketing campaigns. Additionally, your experience in vendor contract negotiations will be
essential in managing relationships with our marketing service providers and optimizing our
marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities:



● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company
objectives and revenue targets.
● Achieve set goals by generating leads across all marketing platforms.
● Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media
platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other digital channels.
● Capture content for all social media and digital platforms.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
● Create, update and monitor systems to track leads sources accurately and provide data
to the management team.
● Monitor and maintain the marketing budget set by the CFO monthly, quarterly and yearly.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and other teams to align marketing
strategies with overall business goals.
● Negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationships with marketing agencies, media
partners, and other service providers.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend
optimizations to improve ROI.
● Design, create, manage and order all postage, signage, business cards and marketing
materials.
● Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital
marketing.

Requirements:
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions.
● Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and managing external marketing agencies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple
priorities effectively.
● Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads campaigns, social media management, and
digital marketing tools/platforms.
Preferred:
● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a rapidly growing mid sized company.
