OVERVIEW:
Jedwin Media Inc. is a high performance digital media firm that values world-class excellence and innovation. We work hard, play harder and stay ahead of the proverbial ball. We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Client Consultant to join our team. The Client Consultant reports to the Lead Client Consultant. Jedwin provides consultative advice and guidance businesses of all sizes with regards to marketing, technology and operations to help market, promote, streamline and increase efficiencies for Client businesses. We assist and work alongside Clients from 1.5mil – Billion+ range with work varying in capacity and scope for each Client.
The Client Consultant is the key communicator between Jedwin Clients and the Operations Team that fulfills on the work. Client Consultants are required to have daily and weekly touchpoints with their assigned clients via phone, in-person and/or email to develop new work, prioritize projects, manage day-to-day communications and assist with seeing work through to completion.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
A successful Client Consultant is an educated and well-spoken individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They must present well for in-person client meetings and always maintain professionalism in manner and conduct, especially in stressful situations. Client Consultants often work with Clients from various industries and backgrounds, therefore the ability to learn new businesses and marketplaces (products/service/model) and understand them comprehensively from both an inside and customer-facing perspective is key. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn, retain and translate Client needs into actionable tasks and deliverables with timelines and milestones, while managing Client expectations. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged and the exploration of new or uncharted solutions and tools is welcomed.
Position Type: This is a full-time employment position term - approx. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (up to 40 hours per week, M – F with MST operating hours). Due to the flexible and unpredictable nature of the business, occasional weekend and evening hours are required.
Compensation: Pay rate based on experience. Compensation is also provided for Client-related expenses and special mileage/travel circumstances on an as needed, project-by-project basis.
Location: Our Head Office is located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. This is a position that requires a combination of in-office and remote work, therefore all interested candidates must be within +/- 100km from Lethbridge and willing to travel as needed.
Note: It is required that you have dedicated work space in your place of work/residence including their own hardware and internet access during remote work time. Weekly check-in meetings will be required via Google Meet and/or in-person when possible. The Client Consultant is required to have a valid Driver’s License and their own vehicle for attending events as well as in-office and on-site meetings with colleagues and clients.
REQUISITES:
A strong understanding of business, marketing and administration is required. Being a technology-driven company, it is also required that the Client Consultant be comfortable and experienced with computers, smart phones, online software tools such as Google Suite and more. A solid understanding of how internet marketing tools such as Adwords and Facebook Ads work is an asset. Previous management or supervisory-level experience is preferred.

• Educated: Preference will be given to those who have completed post-secondary education (irrelevant of major of degree or diploma). You have managed multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously and have demonstrated exceptional time management skills. You have the ability to see a project through to completion.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary role and responsibilities of the Client Consultant include: Client Account Management, Consulting, Project Management, Reporting, Delegation and Administrative Fulfillment as needed.
· Client Account Management: Includes overseeing and maintaining Client accounts, client satisfaction, issue resolution and consultation as needed.
· Consulting: Understanding Client ‘pain points’ and developing creative solutions using Jedwin’s tools and team.
· Project Management: Includes daily project check-ins via phone, hangouts and/or email to stay up-to-date on current tasks and projects and the work queue with the Operations Team. Able to prioritize and organize tasks by importance and urgency. Takes initiative and ownership of tasks as sees them through to completion.
· Reporting: Create and manage ad campaign reports or performance reports (summaries) as requested by clients using provided guidelines and templates to keep clients updated on campaign performance, Facebook, Google Ads and other social media stats and work summaries as requested/needed.
· Delegation: Ensuring that work gets fulfilled by the Operations Team as needed to fulfill Client projects and tasks. Understanding client requests and requirements and pivoting to the appropriate team member for completion. Managing team member deliveries, performing thorough QA and presenting results to the Client.
· Administrative Fulfillment: Includes administering client-facing project management tools to keep tasks up-to-date for current reporting so Clients always know the status of their work. Development of Requests for Proposal or Creative Brief documents as needed. General administration and office duties as required to fulfill your role.
