Jester.inen is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. As a designer at Jester.inen, you will collaborate with our product managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative and user-friendly designs for our website and mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced company that is dedicated to providing the best user experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive and user-centered designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, for both web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improving design process and tools
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights to inform design decisions and improvements
- Develop and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including user-centric design, interaction design, visual design and prototyping
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
