Joining our marketing team, you’ll dive right into our marketing stack and have a say in making foundational strategy decisions. You should have a strong background in building human-centered products from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to marry our messaging and service with data to create the most personalized predictive experience for our thousands of customers in 130+ countries.

Your responsibilities
- Assisting in the effort in building out a seamless automation focused marketing engine that feels comfortable, personalized, and effortless for our customers.
- Helping to scale our personalized customer touch points beyond handling the automated email sequencing
- Demonstrate ability to impactfully grow and improve efficiency of marketing channels and own full-funnel marketing strategy and budget.
- Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and results analysis. Oversee regular reporting of KPIs across marketing channels.
- Champion bold and creative ideas and lead the exploration of emerging media channels and non-linear strategies to grow the business.

You should have:
- 2+ years email and web marketing experience, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in using Marketing CRM's like ActiveCampaign is preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML and Website Content Management principles.
- Ability to multitask, work quickly, self-manage troubleshooting of campaign elements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be a detail- and process-oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player.
- Should thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
