Our Customer Success Intern will be part of an international team (Global Operations) making things happening in the Portuguese market. You will be reporting directly to our Customer Success Lead and we want to hire someone who is keen on joining us full-time in 6 months.
More specifically, some of the key tasks are:
In short, Customer Success is a broad role encompassing process management, a bit of client management, and... hustling! We are a start-up, so be prepared to get your hands dirty!
🗓️ Start date: As soon as possible. If you want a date, it would be yesterday!
📌 Location: 3 days a week in the Lisbon office, 2 days a week by remote (We want you to fully enjoy our culture!)
💰 Salary: 700€ + Meal Vouchers + PC + Mobile Phone (Expect also to be invited to company-wide events 🙂)
📜 Contract: 6 months contract internship.
🌴 23 paid holidays per year.
