Ok, but what is Customer Success about?

 

Our Customer Success Intern will be part of an international team (Global Operations) making things happening in the Portuguese market. You will be reporting directly to our Customer Success Lead and we want to hire someone who is keen on joining us full-time in 6 months.

 

More specifically, some of the key tasks are:

 

  • Managing end-to-end restaurants and suppliers requests by directly interacting with our key accounts and most active clients, delivering delighting services to our customers at fast speed
  • Solving customers' pressing issues with our product by collaborating with the IT&QA team, being extremely precise with bugs reporting, incident management, and SLA
  • Supporting BDs in onboarding suppliers in our platform by contacting them promptly, explaining to them our services exhaustively, and keeping them happy after it!

 

In short, Customer Success is a broad role encompassing process management, a bit of client management, and... hustling! We are a start-up, so be prepared to get your hands dirty!

๐Ÿ“Œ Location: 3 days a week in the Lisbon office, 2 days a week by remote (We want you to fully enjoy our culture!)

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: 700โ‚ฌ + PC + Mobile Phone (Expect also to be invited to company-wide events ๐Ÿ™‚)

๐Ÿ“œ Contract: 6 months contract internship.
