Ok, but what is Outbound SDR about?

Our Outbound SDR will be part of an international team (Global Business Development Department) making things happening in the Spanish market. You, as the new Outbound SDR, will be reporting directly to our Outbound Specialist and we want to hire someone who is keen on joining us full-time in 6 months.

More specifically, some of the key tasks are:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls
  • Report to the Head of Sales

In short, our Outbound SDR will help us bringing Katoo to the next level !

  • 1-3 years Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
