As Sales Project Manager, you will be part of an international team (Global Business Development). You will directly report to our Head of Suppliers and you will ensure that suppliers acquisition through integrations is taken care of as your own baby. ๐๐
More specifically, some of the key tasks are:
To get there, you will have to own the suppliers' lock-in strategy through integrations, redefining the supplier acquisition commercial strategy. With your top-notch negotiation skills, extensive project management experience and amazing tech understanding this will be an easy walk for you.
Katoo has very ambitious goals and those will not be achieved by flying solo. You will have to build and train your "A" team to become the best in business. This team could be a mix of internal and external stakeholders, we have a lot of propositions, but at the end of the day would be your call.
The Product team works to learn what are the user pains and market needs, so we know what should be built in order to bring efficiency to the market. However, you will be the first one really testing these learnings with the market. Understand how the market is reacting to our solutions, write down functional analysis, and come up with clear action plans is a fundamental part of your role.
