As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be tasked with bringing your “A Game” each and every day in order to support our Sales and Marketing team as well as help our newest clients through the onboarding process. Your key focus will be making sure that we provide top-rate communication and high-quality customer experience to clients throughout the sales pipeline This position requires an extremely organized individual that feels comfortable talking to clients over the phone as well as through email, webinars, and in-person presentations. The individual should also exhibit quality professional writing skills. This is not an entry-level position.

Your Job

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will join our Sales and Marketing team to help schedule and facilitate meetings with clients, organize and update our CRM to ensure records are being kept-up-to-date and followed up with, prepare and hold sales presentations for internal and external audiences, and work with KDG’s team of experts to make sure prospective clients have their questions answered in an efficient and timely manner. You will also be expected to work with the Sales and Marketing team to help plan written content like email campaigns, case studies, and blog posts, assisting with the content creation as needed. 


In this role, you will also be responsible for documenting client requests and concerns, communicating regularly on progress, and seeing objectives through to completion. This role is perfect for a dynamic self-starter with strong organizational skills who has experience overseeing multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.



Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:


  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a technology field.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong listening skills.
  • Exceptional problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to prepare customer documentation and presentation decks.
  • Comfortable talking to clients and end users to understand, document, and solve problems.
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Experience in hosting webinars and presentations is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new industry software as well as an aptitude for handling technical data.
  • Independent judgement and personal initiative.
  • Manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Maintain focus over an extended period.
  • Positive attitude, naturally collaborative
  • Must be able to work remotely at first and then in our Allentown office when COVID-19 restrictions lift
