Product Operations Coordinator at Kleinert’s Inc.

Kleinert’s Inc. is seeking a mission-driven Product Operations Coordinator to join our team. This full-time remote position offers an opportunity to support the smooth coordination of our product operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization. As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our products from planning through execution and helping deliver reliable, high-quality consumer goods to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating product information, supporting cross-functional workflows, and helping improve internal processes that impact product quality and customer experience. You will work closely with operations, product, and internal teams to ensure product data, documentation, and processes are aligned with Kleinert’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and maintain accurate product information, specifications, and documentation
2. Support day-to-day product operations and cross-team coordination efforts
3. Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements
4. Collaborate with operations and product teams to support product updates and launches
5. Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to product operations
6. Assist in documenting and standardizing product and operational workflows

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in product operations, operations coordination, or a related role
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
3. Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
4. Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
5. Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
