The Customer Support Specialist is a passionate professional responsible for providing an authentic, world-class customer experience for our customers via phone, email, and chat while representing our different brands.
You’ll be the person responsible for assisting customers through all aspects of customer service, including order placement, facilitating returns and replacements, product inquiries and recommendations, general customer service assistance, and escalated issues across all brands and products. The customer support specialist will use various resources and information to help customers courteously and professionally with our brand standards, always focusing on providing best-in-class customer service.
You will partner up with the rest of the team to actively monitor support queues and achieve critical metrics and targets, including response times, volumes, effectiveness, and satisfaction scores. As a Support Specialist, you'll become an expert on our product lines, and you will build relationships with our clients and educate them on our product benefits.
