As an Afternoon School Cleaning NN15, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various schools in the NN15 area. Your daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting classrooms, hallways, and common areas. You will also be required to empty trash receptacles, clean restrooms, and replenish supplies as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You must be comfortable working independently and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. As our main goal is to provide a clean and safe environment for students and staff, excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

- Dust and wipe down desks, chairs, and surfaces

- Clean and sanitize restrooms

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Provide excellent customer service to school staff and students

- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not required

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Strong time-management and organizational skills

- Attention to detail

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to complete assigned tasks within a timely manner

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Working Conditions:

- This is a part-time position, working 3-4 hours in the afternoon, Monday-Friday

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods

- Exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals may be required
