Legendary Homes is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to build experience in a fast-paced real estate environment. You will assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and general office coordination to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and internal scheduling
• Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and digital files
• Handle professional email communication with clients and team members
• Support data entry and maintenance of property records
• Assist with coordination of listings and transaction paperwork
• Provide general administrative support to agents and management
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all records
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• No prior experience required training provided
