Legendary Homes is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support clients, prospective buyers, and internal team members. This role focuses on delivering clear communication, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout the real estate process. This is an entry-level position with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging systems
• Provide accurate information about listings, services, and processes
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and property viewings
• Document all interactions in the company system accurately
• Resolve basic concerns or escalate issues when needed
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications
• Support the administrative and sales team as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer literacy (email, CRM tools, data systems)
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• No prior experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
