Legendary Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support the accurate management of property records, client information, and internal documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and comfortable working with digital systems. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update property listings, client records, and transaction data
• Review information for accuracy and correct any inconsistencies
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
• Assist with updating CRM databases and internal tracking tools
• Support administrative and sales teams with data-related tasks
• Ensure confidentiality of all company and client information
• Perform regular data audits to maintain accuracy
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (typing, spreadsheets, data systems)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Good time management and consistency
• No prior experience required (training provided)
