Legendary Homes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations within our real estate team. This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are organized, responsive, and eager to gain experience in a professional business environment.
The Virtual Assistant will assist with scheduling, communication, client coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team members
• Respond to emails and assist with client communication in a professional manner
• Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and internal meetings
• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records
• Assist with document organization and file management
• Support real estate agents with administrative tasks
• Handle general virtual office duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• No prior experience required (paid training provided)
