Our mission is to help as many people as we can live a happy, flexible, but sustainable worklife. The happy comes from carving your own path and by gaining the flexibility and variety many people seek. The sustainable comes from doing the gig economy properly - that means at least minimum wage. It means guaranteed holiday pay. And it means a pension for everyone.

For businesses, we help them access, hire and manage a new breed of worker - one who doesn't want to be tied down, and as a result is more interesting, diverse and talented than before. The benefits of limber for hiring business are: immediate access to talent; complete flexibility; and total convenience - the hiring process from search to payroll is a matter of taps.

limber started out in the hospitality industry - providing a way for restaurants, bars and cafes to connect with staff and for those staff to work with flexibility and variety.

Now, limber is branching out. From white labelling our technology for the horticultural sector to tackling covid-19 related staffing crisis in education, we're on a mission to ensure our technology has the biggest impact.

We’re a teeny team - Chris, Egon, Emily and Ben make up limber HQ, along with 50,000+ members of the limber community (and counting).

We work flexibly
Flexible employment options as standard. Remote, home-working, Full time, part time, job share and side hustles all actively encouraged.
