Lorhan Corporation Inc is seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This role is key to ensuring smooth executive operations, efficient workflow management, and effective communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and clients
Assist with special projects, research, and operational initiatives
Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
Support workflow improvements and ensure timely completion of executive priorities
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
High degree of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
Experience in IT staffing, consulting, or technology services
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
Project coordination experience
Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues
Fully remote role with collaboration across U.S. time zones
Fast-paced, professional consulting environment
Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and client-facing teams
$60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience
