Position summary: A key part of the Chief Commercial Officer's team, the Customer Success Lead will develop and drive the end to end process of onboarding, implementation, adoption and customer success of the Lupl platform within law firms and corporate legal departments. You'll have an opportunity to build and manage a program that raises the bar for customer success in the industry. You'll work closely with the development and engineering team, the support team, the marketing team...and most importantly, Lupl's users and customers, to ensure that companies can quickly, easily and successfully deploy the Lupl platform within their organization.
