We are growing rapidly and looking for a highly self-motivated and results-oriented candidate with proven experience in delivering operational and strategic projects to enable, advance and scale business operations within the Information Technology sector.

What You’ll Work On:
As a Project Manager, you will participate in project scoping, proposal building, new client onboarding, project management, customer support, and client relationship management. The role requires a solid background in account and project management, and ideally, you should be able to communicate confidently in a client-facing environment, especially with IT teams. Responsibilities include:
Project Management:
- Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project; including proposal development, financial health and status of the project; all risks, issues, changes and deliverables.
- Create communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders and delivery teams
- Produce project documentation, user manuals, and specific training for transparency and business continuity
- Manage client's expectations; understand client's point of view & needs while keeping MAJiK's interests in mind
Customer Success Management:
- Manage onboarding and thereafter ongoing relationship with customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction (quarterly check-ins, system feedback, customer training, assist with case studies, and more)
- Collect feedback and give input about marketing content and demonstration tools
- Work with the Product Management Team to identify features required by potential customers
- Advocate for customers within our organization and ensure customer satisfaction is always our highest priority
- Build and maintain strong, fruitful relationships with customers through continuous consultation and by consistently going above and beyond their expectations.
- Promote a Win/Win attitude with the client; follow up and follow through on commitments responsibly
- Systematize and improve our customer support workflow. You will be directly responsible for:
- Manage inbound support requests and support pipeline
- Liaison between developer team and customers on support issues
- Coordinate rollout of bug fixes and updates

What You Need To Succeed:
- 3-5 years of experience delivering automation or software solutions in the Manufacturing industry and deep understanding of factory networking
- Strong background in scoping, managing and pushing forward projects, and working closely with IT departments
- Experience with modern manufacturing concepts (Just-In-Time, Quality Control, Process Flow, etc.)
- Software Sales experience or a strong technical background is an asset
- Previous experience working with Fortune 500 clients is an asset
- Solid understanding of a customer support environment including Technical Support, Maintenance Renewals and Professional Services, with the ability to recommend solutions for possible improvements
- Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect technical concepts with customer value
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Process oriented with a drive to improve our sales, project management, and support processes
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively, and take initiative, follow-up and drive collaboration to meet challenging deadlines
- Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, with the ability to do what it takes, fill the gaps, and learn as much as you can
- Proven experience multitasking and prioritizing work in a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic environment, both independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
- Ability to travel to customer sites
