Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and event attendees. You will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the front desk, supporting campaign and event logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all who interact with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome clients, guests, and team members to our facility.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for campaigns and events, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and material preparation.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, from check-ins to answering queries on-site.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- A positive, professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
