We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to help us grow an exciting AI SaaS business. You will join the team responsible for generating awareness of the company, and converting leads to customers.
The goal of this role is to a) drive top of funnel growth and b) nurture leads through until close, helping boost sales and forge strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth marketing strategy focused on maximum conversion to cloud sales.
- Conduct research to identify new channels and customer needs
- Build out marketing strategy, CRM automation and materials
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Help support deals from individual clients through to enterprise.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, sales CRM or another high growth area
- Proven record of previously driving growth
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive), automation etc
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Bachelors degree
- Interest in software development is a major plus
