Quality Assurance Manager - Manufacturing Sector
Our client, a leading manufacturer in West Sussex, is seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned quality professional to make a significant impact in a thriving organisation.
Key Details:
- Location: Lancing, Rustington, Worthing, Bognor Regis, Brighton & Hove
- Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
- Additional Benefits: Bonus Scheme, Company Profit Share, Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm
The Role:
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and direct the QA department, working closely with suppliers, production teams, and customers. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and improving quality standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the QA team
- Implement and improve quality management systems
- Conduct internal audits
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Oversee health and safety and environmental management
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in a quality role, with 3+ years in management
- Relevant qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing
- Experience with quality management tools (8D, 5Y, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA)
- Strong understanding of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
