As our global RPO offering continues to expand, we are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to manage and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for key client accounts.
The Opportunity
This is not a sales role. Instead, you’ll act as a trusted recruitment partner, embedded within client organisations through our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model.
You will manage 2–3 client accounts (maximum), allowing you to focus on quality delivery, stakeholder engagement, and consistent hiring success. For higher-volume projects, you may work exclusively with a single client, acting as an extension of their internal talent team.
Working UK hours, you’ll collaborate directly with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
What You’ll Do
Client Delivery & Account Management
Manage recruitment delivery for 2–3 RPO clients, building strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders.
End-to-End Recruitment
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle—from job briefing and sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.
Candidate Sourcing & Management
Identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates across engineering, manufacturing, and technical disciplines.
Quality & Process Excellence
Ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment process aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
Market Insight
Provide clients with data-driven insights on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity.
Collaboration
Work closely with Mercury Hampton’s UK-based leadership, delivery teams, and marketing function to enhance client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment Experience
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
RPO / Account Management Mindset
Experience managing client relationships or working in an embedded / RPO environment is highly desirable.
Delivery-Focused
Strong track record of successfully filling roles and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Communication Skills
Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence engaging UK-based stakeholders.
Organisation & Ownership
Highly organised, accountable, and capable of managing multiple client priorities.
Adaptability
Comfortable working UK hours and collaborating with international teams.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary
PHP 60,000 – 80,000/month + performance-based incentives.
