Join our client’s dynamic sales team in Round Rock, Texas! We are seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representatives who are eager to kick-start their careers in a fast-paced environment. The opportunity:

  • Starting compensation ranges from **$45,000 to $60,000** annually, including performance-based bonuses – double OTE uncapped.

What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively.

 

What you will have:

  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
