Our low turnover rate shows our care assistants stay because they feel valued and supported.
What makes us different:
- Small, manageable caseloads (4-8 clients maximum)
- Geographic clustering - no driving across town
- Genuine training investment with paid qualifications
- Stable teams - same supervisors and colleagues
- A family atmosphere where you're known by name
