Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process registrations, donations, and transactions using internal systems and CRM platforms
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transaction data
  • Assist in implementing customer service strategies to improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends, identifying opportunities for service improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across events and campaigns
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership
