We are hiring for an Entry-Level Customer Service & Fundraising Associate to support nonprofit fundraising events, pop-up campaigns, and community outreach initiatives in the local area.
This role involves working at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations, engaging directly with the public to promote nonprofit causes and drive donations. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at events, pop-ups, and community outreach campaigns
- Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service
- Engage attendees, share information, and build meaningful connections
- Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
- Encourage and secure voluntary donations during events
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coordination
- Track interactions and maintain accurate records
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching workshops
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public event environments
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with new people
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow through coaching
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
