Entry Level Community Outreach Representative at MSI Inc.

We are actively hiring Community Outreach Representatives to start immediately. If you enjoy talking to people, being out in the community, and making a real difference, this role is for you.

No experience in outreach, marketing, or nonprofit work is required. We provide full training from day one.

This is an entry-level, beginner-friendly opportunity designed for anyone ready to learn and start working right away.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speak with community members in person and/or virtually
• Share information about programs, services, and resources
• Participate in local outreach events and community engagement activities
• Help increase awareness of community initiatives
• Collect basic feedback and information from the public
• Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner
• Work with a supportive team to meet outreach goals

What We’re Looking For 

• Comfortable speaking with people
• Friendly, positive, and reliable
• Willing to learn (training provided)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

No prior experience is necessary. We welcome first-time job seekers and candidates with employment gaps.
