Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including trade shows and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, themes, and objectives
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
- Interact with attendees to provide customer support and brand representation
- Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials (flyers, invitations, promotional assets)
- Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee records
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new event opportunities
- Track and analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends, event marketing strategies, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Previous experience or internships in event planning, marketing, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
