Job Overview
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of promotional events, marketing campaigns, and brand activations. You will work closely with clients, event teams, and the public to ensure successful event delivery and positive brand experiences.
This is an entry-level position with full training provided, making it ideal for candidates with little or no prior experience in events or marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional and marketing events
- Represent client brands professionally at events, pop-ups, and activations
- Engage with event attendees to promote products, services, or campaigns
- Support the coordination of event logistics, materials, and supplies
- Work alongside event managers, marketing teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive guest experiences
- Distribute promotional materials and support brand awareness initiatives
- Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence at all events
