We are a rapidly growing event marketing and promotions company partnering with national brands and corporations to deliver on-site marketing campaigns, experiential events, and targeted promotional strategies. Our focus is creating engaging, face-to-face brand experiences that connect directly with consumers.
Due to new client expansion, we are hiring a Special Events Associate to support live events and assist with campaign execution. This role is an entry-level opportunity with clear pathways into event management, client relations, and campaign leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Assist with event setup, merchandising, and on-site organization
- Track and process event-related activity and sales data
- Help coordinate event logistics, schedules, and timelines
- Provide on-site support during events, acting as lead staff when needed
- Serve as a positive representative of the company and lead by example for junior team members and interns
Training & Development
This role includes a structured hands-on training program covering:
- Event marketing and brand promotions
- Sales and customer engagement
- Public relations and communication
- Leadership and team coordination
- Campaign and client management
Team members gain exposure to multiple clients and projects while developing real-world business and leadership skills.
