We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our marketing initiatives.

 

As an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contributing to brand growth and visibility. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including social media, content creation, event coordination, and market research. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their marketing careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) under the guidance of senior marketing team members.
  • Content Creation: Help produce engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials to support brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to comments and inquiries, and engaging with our online community.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to assist in strategy development.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparing reports for review.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside various departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in marketing and eagerness to learn about various marketing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
