Social Media Coordinator at My Enterprise Group Ltd

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving web traffic through compelling content and effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content (graphics, posts, videos) tailored for different social media platforms,
• Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across all platforms; engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content freshness and relevance.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support social media campaigns and promotions; help brainstorm and implement ideas to boost brand awareness.
• Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community by engaging with our audience through comments, direct messages, and other outreach efforts.
• Competitor Analysis: Research and analyse competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficient in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Ads Manager) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
