Social Media Manager at My Enterprise Group Ltd

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target demographic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals.
• Manage and optimise our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all platforms, including text, graphics, and videos.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our social media content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in social media management tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
