What you’ll be working on:
As an Account Manager within the agency team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the growth and development of our national brands and agencies. You'll be tasked with developing and implementing account strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction through understanding their core value drivers and delivering against those expectations..
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong and lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact. This will include running regular partnerships reviews and QBRs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Account Strategy Development: Create account-specific strategies aimed at maximising client value and retention, building relationships with additional stakeholders and white space mapping to expand our footprint across the account.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving increased sales within your account portfolio.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyse account performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to optimise our client engagement strategies. Package and deliver this analysis to clients in a way that adds value to them and deepens their engagement with native.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with our client sales, marketing, delivery and SU facing teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and strategies, particularly in the handover of new accounts from the business team.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise within client accounts, finding effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting and forecasting: Ensure high CRM hygiene at all times; and provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasts up to the business on an agreed regular cadence, including more qualitative market feedback gleaned from clients.
You should apply if:
- Proven Account Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, exceeding sales targets, and fostering client relationships.
- Experience working with a range of media agencies, with special attention to bespoke and niche areas of service.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute account-specific strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and internal teams effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, using insights to drive decisions and optimise account strategies.
- Team Player: Collaborative nature and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Client-Centric Approach: A genuine dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with our industry, products, and services is a plus.
