The brand team at native are responsible for building out opportunities with our clients that keep the platform at the heart whilst also activating events, sampling and media campaigns on campus. The events on campus can be anything from gigs, pop shops, club nights, spoken word and more traditional experiential marketing


 

We're expanding rapidly and are looking to bring on talented individuals who can be a big part of our journey.


 

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in native’s brand offering. The role will predominantly focus on campaign delivery for our current and future clients as well as supporting on securing new business and strategic partnerships. You will manage native’s key accounts both in terms of client liaison and activation/event execution. 

The aim of the brand team is to generate revenue and activity across the business by driving partnership opportunities across a range of sectors, brands and agencies. You will work alongside and report into the brand partnerships director to ensure all client projects are delivered to a high standard, maintaining client satisfaction and upselling where possible. 


 

Responsibilities: 


 

Campaign creation and Delivery 

  • Support and work with the wider brand team on proposals, this will include attending brainstorms and sourcing / finding the right solutions for our clients briefs
  • Own the delivery of client campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the expectations of our clients 
  • Run the delivery budget and P&L for each campaign – providing regular updates to line manager 
  • Manage junior team members to ensure all delivery tasks are completed to desired standard 
  • Liaise with our other teams in the business to ensure progress as per our client’s expectations are - . timings, budget and reach 
  • Host and run training days both for external event staff and BAs 


 

Client Management 

  • Upsell services and ensure repeat business of existing clients
  • Be the first point of contact for all clients on a day to day basis 
  • Own the delivery of reporting back to clients in a timely and accurate fashion 
  • Own project delivery tasks and being point of contact for both client-side and internal/outsourced operational delivery teams including responsibility for managing any freelancers and external businesses required for campaign delivery 
  • Account management services to ensure that all clients remain happy with the service they are receiving 


 

Person Specification 

  • Work on own or as part of a team 
  • Live event experience 
  • Experience working with youth/student related brands (a bonus) 
  • Knowledge of the UK university landscape  (a bonus) 
  • Demonstrable understanding of digital/social marketing good understanding on budgets and tracking spend 
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation
