The Role:
- Lead the growth strategy for FE
- Identify prospects and market opportunities
- Manage lead generation, validation and outreach
- Deliver new business pitches, build costings and commercial proposals
- Create strategic partnerships with commercial partners
- Inform the leadership team of market developments
- Own FE proposition strategy and ensure that product development meets market requirements
- Build, train and manage a sales team
- Be responsible for reporting KPIs to the leadership team
- Oversee account management of existing clients
- The role will ideally be based in London (we will consider applicants from elsewhere in the UK) but will involve nationwide travel
The successful candidate:
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and creative
- Driven and ambitious with a fantastic work ethic
- Highly commercial with a talent for proposition building and deal making
- Confident in pitching and negotiating
- Expert in building and growing client relationships
- Proven success at delivering B2B growth
- Sales experience in the education sector preferred
