Our student advertising platform unifies the student advertising landscape, making it easy for advertisers like GoPuff, Converse and BBC Radio 1 connect with student consumers at scale, while providing additional commercial income for SUs.

Responsibilities:
Media Delivery Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end media delivery process for digital, physical (pop-ups, event stalls etc.), and print campaigns.
- Ensure all media is delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless media trafficking and delivery.
Quality Control and Performance Monitoring:
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all media types.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyse delivery data and provide insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
- Work closely with the Media Sales and Customer Success teams to align delivery strategies with overall campaign goals.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, conduct coaching sessions and foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to encourage continuous learning and improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage enquiries and communication with stakeholders, including media agencies, local businesses and Student Unions.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of media delivery.
Required Skill Set:
- Substantial experience in multi-channel campaigns and content management.
- Good understanding of media delivery platforms, ad servers, and trafficking processes.
- Good handling of MS Office. You will be familiar with Excel and be able to use it to make sense of data about campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
