Native is a platform that connects students with amazing experiences whilst at university, revolutionising the campus experience and economy for students, Students' Unions and advertisers.
Over the past 18-months, we have built long-term partnerships with 75+ Students’ Unions - three in four of which have trusted native exclusively with their media rights.
We’re well on the way to unify and streamline on-and-offline media channels to give advertisers, like Burger King, GoPuff and Odeon, frictionless access to 2.66 million students - and unlock additional revenues for Students' Unions to reinvest in the student experience. It’s what we call the native win-win-win.
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Proactively sources revenue opportunities across a wide range of sectors, working with exciting brands to bring their offers to campus life
- Own your pipeline and opportunities from prospecting to discovery, deal management to close
- Work across a mix of both inbound and outbound leads, from local businesses to national franchises
- Consultatively sell creative and impactful campaigns from digital and out of home brand building, to campus activations and engaging event experiences
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to the business by being on top of your CRM hygiene and other systems
- Produce regular reports and insights to feedback on campaigns and their performance
Experience and Skills - Essential
- An excellent communicator both verbally and in written format
- Comfortable building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- You will thrive on working to targets and will be able to confidently negotiate with clients to identify new opportunities and maximise sales revenue
- An eye for detail and upholding high standards across every aspect of your work
- You will be resilient and creative, able to problem solve with positivity and urgency
Experience and Skills - Desirable
- You will have had experience working within a sales environment
- You will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- You will have experience as a 360 sales rep (owning your pipeline and closing), however training and coaching will be provided for the right candidates looking to step into their first-time closing role
- Full clean driving licence
