As native’s Events Manager, you’ll be leading on numerous projects across the events department; the delivery of key projects to help the department and company exceed their targets and goals, whilst always producing experiences of the highest quality. This the perfect role for someone with a strong and diverse background in events in the events industry, with a focus on high quality and economical event delivery and production.
You must have an intrinsic understanding of how a broad range of events are not only produced safely and economically, but how they are experienced by the customer and how we can always optimise the experience for the end user. After a couple of fallow years, events are back; the team at native are hitting the ground running, already developing with huge plans to meet what we know will be a tidal wave of demand and the massive opportunities for growth as a company and an employee.
You will report to our Events Lead, as well as working closely with freelance and agency staff in addition to our customer success, brand and students’ union teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have demonstrable experience working within the events industry for at least seven years, with a broad range of experience to back-up your equally broad understanding of how to take events from concept to reality. Your experience must incorporate outdoor events or festivals, with experience working nationally within the youth, music and nightlife sectors being highly desirable. You should have your finger on the pulse when it comes to trends, music and popular culture, coupled with a strong knowledge of the student and youth market.
We are flexible on remote working. Our office is in Old St London and we meet up regularly there, this role will need to be in the office fairly regularly but as a team are remote-first.
