THE POSITION – Apprentice Production Technician
We are looking for 2 apprentices to join our production team – learning our products and training and undertaking a L3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering.
At the end of the apprenticeship you would start a role within our production team, a first step into a life-long career as an engineer. Further opportunities for advancement would be available and there is no limit to how far the right candidate could go

This position will be based within our manufacturing site and is located on the newly developed Grove Business Park.

YOUR COMPETENCIES
You need to be enthusiastic and interested in the world of engineering. We want to hear about relevant projects you’ve undertaken or hobbies that you have that give an insight into how you might work in technical environment. Past experience of working, particularly in engineering may be advantageous but not essential.
In this role you will develop the technical and behavioural skills necessary to work in our manufacturing team. The role involves extensive on the job and college based training as we equip you with a range of general and specialist technical skills.
