Head of Global Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Spearheading Global Marketing Function aligned with organization value
• Driving Global Brand Positioning & Awareness
• Create a set of KPIs and dashboards for tracking the performance of our Marketing initiatives. Hands-on implementation of strategy, via content creation, social media, email marketing, online communication etc.
• Managing a well established, multi-cultured internal team as well as vendors & agencies
• Stakeholder management; build trustworthy and collaborative relationships with marketing, Business Development, engineering and product team in all markets
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of international marketing management and global brand development experience, managed multicultural teams
• Experienced within Blockchain/ Crypto industry an ideal, passionate in the Blockchain industry
• A great story-teller, strong messaging skills and ability to explain new technologies to a broad and diverse audience
• Experienced in Integrated Marketing Strategy, from Brand Development, Strategy & Planning, to New Product Development, Advertising, Cost Centre management
• A strong marketing strategist who has ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to execute marketing plans
• Strong at project management and multi-tasking
• Native English speaker level
