We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our client, a hyper growth Health Tech scale up organization with operations across North America and Europe.
This newly created role in a growing People & Culture Team (10+) includes partnering with internal leaders to understand current and upcoming needs which need to be translated into actionable plans to locate, and attract the right professionals. Specific responsibilities include creative sourcing, diligent screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles (data-science, software engineering, data analytics, design and product).
Quality is critical for the organization which means, they are not looking for a “throw some shit at the wall and hope it'll stick” type of approach. It’s about truly partnering with Leaders (in a fast paced environment) to ensure continued success in attracting the right individuals who will add value to the organization.
As the ideal new employee you have experience (and love) working in a similar capacity in a scale up organization, ideally with a SaaS company. Why? Because we know you’ll understand that no day is the same and changes need to be embraced to be successful.
Also, you will have and continue to build a strong tech talent network to ensure the continued growth of the organization by attending events, forming new partnerships and implementing creative sourcing strategies which will help increase the organizations’ brand exposure.
