Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Our Customer Service Manager will be required to manage existing customers while introducing them to new / upgraded features as it relates to their existing telecommunications services.
- They will also be responsible for adding new program customers through customer service efforts
- Must be able to communicate effectively through verbal and non-verbal communication
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to commute to Dallas, TX daily
