Position Overview:
As an Order Filler at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders from our warehouse. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our shipments are processed efficiently and that our customers' expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Order Picking: Efficiently and accurately pick items from the warehouse according to customer orders.
• Packing & Labeling: Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
• Order Verification: Double-check orders to ensure accuracy before shipping, minimizing errors and returns.
• Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by updating inventory counts and notifying the team of any discrepancies.
• Loading & Shipping: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure all packages are properly loaded and dispatched on time.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in order filling, warehouse operations, or inventory management is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and package items, sometimes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping systems.
