Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect orders to ensure all items meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Inventory Coordination: Assist in managing stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and reporting discrepancies.
• Loading & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment by securely packaging items and coordinating with the shipping team.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of orders filled, inventory used, and shipping details.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, move, and lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
