Job Overview: Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and maintain inventory in designated areas, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly labeled and securely packed.
• Receiving & Inspecting: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards before dispatch.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by following company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and returns using warehouse management software.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
